    • Acquired approx. 9 acres with over 85,000 sf of industrial facilities for user
    • Sale also included 4 pulling units and other assets of oilfield service company

    Chesapeake Regional Field Office, Midland

    • Acquired 12.5 acres at Rankin Hwy and Wolcott for Chesapeake

    350 Acres, INDUSTRIAL LAND, I-35W, Alliance, TX

    • In 2001, SCI and Ft. Worth broker syndicated 18 Midland investors for the acquisition and development of the only zoned land available on I-35W between SH 170 and Loop 820 with service road, signalized intersection and utilities that Ross Perot, Jr. didn’t own. The property was improved and sold in 2005. 4 Barnett Shale gas wells were successfully drilled on site as well.

    17 Acres, PARKS BELL RANCH, Odessa

    • Acquired SWC of SH 191 & Faudree Rd for development of big box and strip retail by local developer
    • Sold 4 acres to Dallas developer for development of Tractor Supply Store

    I-20 & RANKIN HWY, Midland

    • STARBUCK’S. Acquired old Phillips 66 site at NWC for local developer. Leased 1600 sf build to suit for Starbuck’s.
    • GATEWAY PLAZA. Acquired 4+ acres for local developer to build strip center with Cato’s, Dollar Tree, Western Beverages, EB Games, Domino’s, and McCallister’s Deli.
    • RANKIN CROSSING. WalMart shadow anchored strip retail.
      • Acquired block at NEC of Rankin and Longview for build to suit by Oklahoma developer.
      • Negotiated NNN lease with Advance Auto Parts.
      • Managed construction.
      • Sold to California investor.
      • Sold remainder of site to Discount Tire.
      • Acquired 2 additional blocks on Longview for local developer

    FASKEN CENTER, Midland

    • 425,000 sf Class A office
    • Sold property to local owner in 2005; 76% occupancy
    • Leased over 90,000 sf in one year; 97% occupancy

    DINERO PLAZA, Midland

    • Acquired this 121,000 sf Class A office building for Arizona investor.


    • Sold the 38,000 sf Class B office building and the 25,000 sf medical office building to California investor

    • Acquired last two units in first phase for local investor for tax credits under the IRS “GO ZONE” regulations. Go Zone regs allow 50% depreciation first year with no recapture. Negotiating for additional units in Phase II.

    • Represented Starbuck’s on site location and leasing in Midland, Lubbock, Odessa, and San Angelo
